1. How will a medic or first responder know to read my identification jewelry?

Medics and other first responders are trained to check for medical information on bracelets and necklaces.

2. How do I know what size of bracelet to order?

There are 5 standard sizes: XSmall is a 6" circumference, Small is a 6.5" circumference, Medium is a 7" circumference, Large is a 7.5" circumference, and XLarge is an 8.5" circumference. (To measure your wrist's circumference wrap a ribbon or string around your wrist. Put a finger or two under the string or ribbon to create a little "breathing room." Mark where the ribbon overlaps and then lay the ribbon on a ruler. Voila! There you have your bracelet size!)

3. My wrist is bigger or smaller than your standard sizes. Can I order a custom length?

4. Can I order jewelry with a tag that has my "In Case of Emergency" (I.C.E.) contact information?

Yes, we can. Having your I.C.E. information with you at all times can help in an emergency where you can't communicate your contact information.

5. Can I order any engraving I'd like on a bracelet or charm?

Yes!

6. Can I have my MY FLYING STAR jewelry engraved anywhere?

We like to do the engraving, but if you'd prefer you can have your local engraver do the job. However, only our special engraving techniques work on our painted charms.

7. Where is the jewelry made?

All MY FLYING STAR jewelry is made in our San Francisco studio by trained jewelers. We use domestic sources for our materials unless a material is unavailable in the U.S., which is rare. This practice not only helps reduce our product's carbon footprint but it also supports local manufacturers and designers.

8. What materials go into making MY FLYING STAR jewelry?

We use a variety of leather, nylon, sterling silver, and surgical-grade stainless steel. The charms are all made of surgical-grade stainless steel.

12. How long after I place my order will it be shipped?

Orders usually ship in 2 to 3 weeks from Northern California.

13. What is MY FLYING STAR's return policy?

We guarantee that you'll be satisfied with our products or we'll refund your purchase price within 30 days of your purchase.
